Martini Man
How cool would this man of steel (and concrete and glass) look standing outside
near your barbeque area or on the corner of your deck? Or maybe as an entry piece
to your game room or den? He stands 28 inches high, is 18 wide and 18 deep.
The dark-blue stemware of his martini glass is a luscious female nude.

Martini Woman
Does she not look like she's at the perfect summer cocktail party? This elegant lady of
concrete, metal and glass would be a superb addition to any outdoor area, or to the right interior.
She stands 28 inches high, is 16 wide and 16 deep. The dark-blue stemware of her
martini glass features an intriguing male nude.

Go Ask Alice
This Mad Hatter stands 41 inches tall. Genuine rose-gold filled wire lines his
psychedelic eyes and sprouts into whiskers around his face. Tiles and numerous found items
decorate the Styrofoam core covered with fiberglass, acrylic latex, cement and sand.
While created to withstand the outside elements, Go Ask Alice would make an exceptional
entry way into a game room or a home theater. Drop an email if you would like to see
images of his large cotton tail of clear marbles or close ups of his extraordinary eyes.

Pregnant Woman Yips! It Up
This Primitive Woman is 20 inches tall and 20 deep. This joyful creation of metal, concrete and
coloring is flat on the back, very fat in the front, and embedded in a hexagonal stand. She features
a natural river rock for her heart.

You Look Marvelous!
This Primitive Woman looks like she's ready to dance the night away with her dramatic swirls
and curves. Constructed of found wood, concrete, resins, and metal, she stands 24 inches tall
and weighs about 52 pounds.

The Queen
The Queen is a large woman: 25 inches tall, 21 wide,
about 17 deep. Made primarily from structural wire and hypertufa, she weighs
around 70 pounds. She holds a natural river rock, and teeth adorn her neck.
She could strike a commanding pose from the rear of flower beds or in entryways.

Stone County 6
Stone County 6 is a mixed media piece approximately 19 inches high,
19 deep and 13 wide. The sculpture is primarily of hypertufa, an extremely
light concrete mixture which withstands extremes of temperature well. Over
time, hypertufa develops a soft patina.

The First Madonna
Strong, simple, calm and receptive, this Primitive Woman is 20 inches tall and weighs about
55 pounds. She is constructed of structural metal, color, and hypertufa. Mother of pearl shells
line line her hollow, into which rests a large natural crystal.

Brown Butt on Rust
This is one of my favorite Primitive Women: she also placed in a recent art center
competition. I use this image as my screen saver and get an inner grin
every time I come to my computer (you are welcome to do the same!). She is made from a brake rotor
and concrete, is 10 inches tall, and weighs a surprisingly heavy 30 pounds. Placed on a Lazy-Susan,
it is possible to enjoy her from every angle.

Fossil Stone
A gorgeous fossil stone from our place is embedded in concrete and stands
10 inches tall, 14 wide, and 4 thick. It is a free-standing piece, weighing 28 pounds.
With the bottom lined in soft felt, it could be used indoors as a book end or shelf piece
as well as being placed outdoors along the pathway into your home.

| African Woman
I have yet to get a decent image of this series I call African Women, but I
swear to you, in person they look great! I make them from hyper-tufa, a light cement
based mixture which withstands all freeze-thaw cycles, and over time develops a soft patina, making
them appear ancient. They are hanging pieces, meant to be used outdoor on a tree or a deck,
yet I have heard of some being used indoor in a study. In size, they measure from
10 to 16 inches tall. Most of these primitive women wear some sort of jewelry, such
as raw crystals, sea shells, teeth or bones. Two of many are shown here.

African Strength
In this piece, the upper body of an African Woman is
blended with the solidness of a stronger cement mixture to create a free-standing sculpture.
Even if left outdoors year round, it is a virtually indestructible piece of original art.
African Strength measure about a foot high, and is 13 inches wide and 4 deep.

Primitive Woman with Snake
Primitive Woman with Snake is mixed media piece combining actual snake skins,
clay, wire, and native rocks in a special cement base. As in nature, the
snake arising from her hollow is actually shedding.
She is suitable for the garden or deck, and measures
15 inches high, 16 across and about 14 high.

| Family Sculptures
Family sculptures depicting groups of two, three, and four are shown below
(other numbers welcome by custom order). Each free-standing piece, which measures about 5 inches
tall, 8 wide and 3 deep, is carved one at a time from a
variety of cement-based mixtures, and is appropriate for
both interior and exterior use. The rough texture adds to the primitive feel of the work.

A Goddess for Every Garden
Pieces in Lee's Goddess for Every Garden series remain one of Stone County
Art's best sellers. Each Goddess is unique and hand-made, with the receptive,
holding space carefully shaped one at a time. They range in size from 6 to 18 inches.
Try one both indoors and out to
find her right spot, where she can remind us all of the wisdom and strength
of the feminine from the earliest of times to the present. Several examples of
these Goddesses are pictured below.

Peas of Mind
Isn't that what we're all wanting, bottom line? This reminder is carved from a special
cement-based mixture which is equally suited for indoor or outdoor use. However, the peas
(which are from our own garden) might mold and need to be replaced if you leave
this little guy out in your flowerbed or by your back door during the rains. Each of these
little hang-carved sculptures is about 7 inches tall.

In addition to the pieces shown here, many of the Stone Scapesİ
and most of the Connecting Stonesİ, Memory Stonesİ, and Single Surface
Stones are suitable for outdoor use.
