Silent Night

Silent Night was chosen for display in the Arkansas Governor's Mansion from October through December, 2009. It is a Raku clay triptych wall sculpture measuring 19X20X1 and weighing 8 pounds.

Aboriginal Skies

Aboriginal Skies is a clay hanging plaque measuring 11 X 9 inches. It also works well on an easle.

Cave Drawing Tile

One in a series, these individual small Cave Drawing Tile are stained, high-fire clay. They are designed to hang on the wall, sit on an easle or a flat surface.

Triple Women Tile

This triple imprint tile is in subdued colors. There is a similar one in bright colors. Each measures about 5 X 9. Both are from high-fire clay and both are designed to hang on the wall, sit on an easle or a flat surface.

Stars and Moon Tile

These tiles, an inspiration from a flag I once saw in a book on Africa, come in different sizes. Most are Raku; one is a low-fire glaze. Like all my current tiles, they are designed to hang on the wall, sit on an easle or a flat surface.

Optional Behavior Cross

The plaque on this wall hanging reads "This behavior is optional."

Optional Behavior Plaque

"Optional Behavior" is written on this piece. It would work as a wall hanging or on a stand.

Raku Tray

This Raku clay tray measures 4 X 15 X 8. It fits most triple-wick candles perfectly. Raku is a special firing method. I place each item, after it has had an initial high firing, individually into first a flaming gas kiln, then remove it with long tongs and quickly place it into a metal trashcan lined with newspapers. The resulting flames give Raku its unique appearance.
